Street Photography

Wikipedia defines street photography as “photography conducted for art or enquiry that features unmediated chance encounters and random incidents.” I work to capture real moments and honest emotions in the real world. The vast majority of my work in this genre is in black and white, or more precisily shades of grey, as I feel this allows the viewer to see the subject, textures, shapes and patterns, and the composition without the distraction of colour.
